WaterFire: The Experience

Coming in Hot! This adventure begins as we gather in Framingham to board the bus to Providence, RI. Cocktails and dinner … and not your average boxed dinner, we’re talking boxed dinner from Coach Grill! … will be served en route with coffee and dessert served on the return trip. 

WaterFire is an award-winning sculpture installed on the three rivers of downtown Providence. Over eighty sparkling bonfires, the fragrant scent of aromatic wood smoke, the flickering firelight on the arched bridges, the silhouettes of the fire-tenders passing by the flames, the torch-lit vessels traveling down the river, and the enchanting music from around the world engage all the senses and emotions of those who stroll the paths of Waterplace Park. This celebration of community and beauty with an ever-changing, eclectic music program all along the rivers … is to be explored and savored on foot as you wander around to discover many surprises, and all that our event has to offer.
