No crazy poses, cameras optional, breathing required! We will start very gentle, slow and relaxing, and end with a nice long Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
As a dancer and someone who is passionate about movement, Julie Sigunick was naturally drawn to Yoga. She loves the mental focus and stillness, the physical strength and flexibility, and the balance between effort and ease that each pose and each class brings. Yoga allows for mindfulness in the present moment, something that Julie sets as a priority in both her yoga practice and in daily life. Her intention is to share with her students that which has given her great joy in her practice: Peaceful stillness, a calm mind, connection to breath and body, feeling mentally and physically healthy, and feeling grounded, joyful, open hearted, and fully present.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom link to join the event. Please have your yoga gear ready: mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket. You can substitute by using beach towels, blankets, pillows, and books instead of blocks. Zoom link is good for registrant and others in your household. Be sure to download the free Zoom app onto your desktop, tablet or phone prior to event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings for online classes and events are non-refundable.
